Property blueprints for the financier's personal Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Additionally featured in this new image disclosure seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had drawn up development schemes to develop the substantial island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a notes section labelling different parts of the land.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be nine other property layouts and construction drawings, such as layouts for marina coverings.
Further images disclosed as part of the current investigative process.
